Tim & Karen have been serving internationally since 2008. Tim is the Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at Cornerstone International and Karen is the Creative Director. Their work is focused on using entrepreneurial and strategic processes to empower communities to make an impact for the Kingdom of God. Some of their work includes mentoring teams, fostering economic development, and empowering local communities to alleviate poverty holistically, all with a focus on relational discipleship.

They are based in Tulsa, OK and travel regularly overseas. They have four young children and enjoy great coffee and deep chats.
