Since we have worked with missions workers (young and old) since 1972, we know what it’s really like to move overseas, raise a family, work within another culture, and eventually move back to the U.S. and re-enter American society. We are well-versed in the challenges that our missions workers face, from leaving the world they’ve known to the process of reintegration, and we’re prepared to help every step of the way. Current Opportunities

Uganda

  • Children’s Ministry and Scholarship Coordinator: Wings of Healing (WoH) needs someone who loves to see children/youth excel and possesses strong administrative/networking skills. Website design/use, strong leadership skills, and an overwhelming love for kids is a must. The ability to live and work in hard physical, mental, and spiritual conditions while being team oriented is paramount. Child Evangelism Fellowship, CEF, and Community Health Evangelism children’s courses are needed.
  • Community Health, Nutrition and Patient Care Personnel: We need an energetic person with experience in rural/impoverished care who has the ability to keep records and teach oral learners through skits and picture stories. Community Health Evangelism, Global CHE Network TOT I & TOT II courses are an important prerequisite. Living in difficult conditions and attending to refugee populations is an everyday occurrence.
  • Sustainable Agriculture and Development Leader: We are currently teaching Farming God’s Way and Urban/Sack Farming on a small scale. WoH needs that special person to get this project to its full potential. Come sow seeds for the Lord and help to teach God’s bounty.

Thailand/SE Asia

Grace International School (GIS) – CI partners with Grace International School (GIS) in Chiang Mai, Thailand to serve missions worker families in SE Asia and beyond through an international education setting. GIS serves children and families from more than 20 countries, and enables Christian workers to share the love of Jesus with thousands of people throughout SE Asia. CI has prepared and sent hundreds of cross-cultural workers to impact thousands with the message of the amazing love of God. We currently have over 50 missions workers serving in over 15 countries providing medical aid, caring for children who are at-risk or abandoned, ministering to youth, assisting in Bible translation, promoting sustainable agriculture, offering discipleship training, aiding in church-planting, working with refugees, evangelizing, assisting in ministry building and maintenance, and much more.
