Kathryn (GOODLOE) and oscar Sanchez

INTO THE DEPTHS | HONDURAS

Kathryn arrived long-term in Honduras in January 2014 and served in various capacities at Casa Santuario children’s home and El Camino bilingual school in Balfate, Colon. While there, she met Oscar, who is from La Ceiba, Honduras. They were married in 2017 and are currently serving as teachers at a ministry called GiveHope2Kids. GH2K has Honduran families fostering Honduran children and provides an on-site school for their K-6th graders. Kathryn teaches K-2nd grade and Oscar teaches Art, English, and Bible to the 3rd – 6th graders. They continue to be in contact with the children and adults at Casa Santuario and El Camino. Oscar and Kathryn are thankful for their prayer and financial supporters, for logistical and spiritual support from CI, and for being part of a wonderful team in Honduras.
